Job Posting for an Upholstery Frame Foamer at HOLLY HUNT About HOLLY HUNT Known for a look that is consistently at the forefront of style and quality, HOLLY HUNT showrooms and collections lead the industry in luxury home furnishings. The company designs, produces and showcases custom made product including indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles, and leathers. PRODUCTION UPHOLSTERY FRAME FOAMER We are looking for an upholstery foam associate to staff our Chicago, IL workroom. Basic Function: Apply foam, springs and webbing to sofas, chairs, beds, and ottomans, utilizing knowledge of high-end upholstery procedures.
Primary Responsibilities: * Transports frames to and from workstation. * Lifts frames onto lift table. Removes frames from lift table. * Must have the ability to learn the skillset needed to complete high end upholstered furniture. * Must maintain neat and orderly workstation. * Properly stores tools and supplies at the end of each shift. * Wears required personal safety equipment; works safely with other coworkers. * Performs other duties as required by supervisor. Requirements: * Must have knowledge in upholstery foaming, springing, and webbing methods and the mindset to learn to complete pieces to high-end quality specifications. * Minimal experience working as a high-end furniture frame preparer * The ability to learn HH production guidelines, good attendance and learn the HH quality standards. * English required to read job notes and work orders. * Work in a high-performance hourly production environment. * This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching. The employee may have to lift and/or move items 50 pounds or greater. * A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency Who We Hire?

Compensation range for this role is $18.00 - $21.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
