As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your visible presence supports the overall experience for tenants and visitors, while you respond to situations and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies for the location.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for any unusual activity and report observations according to company and location policies.
• Assist tenants, visitors, and/or employees with inquiries and directions within the commercial real estate property.
• Work in varying environments and conditions based on the needs of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
