Mosaic is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records. Requirements What YOU'LL Need: State license required in nursing, Bachelor's or Associates degree required 1 year of general nursing experience - if new LPN, 3 years CNA/CMA experience can be substituted - NEW GRADUATES WELCOME! Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
