Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area) Position Summary: As a member of the IT Engineering team, you will be responsible for administering and engineering solutions in our platforms, managing internal IAM, email, documents and endpoints. Working closely with the Helpdesk team, you will act as an escalation point for end-user issues. You will collaborate with the IT Security team to implement security requirements and endpoint hardening as well as assist with incident investigation. When new SaaS solutions are being implemented, you will assist with SSO integration, user provisioning, and cross-application integrations. In this role, you'll be expected to keep our end-user experience in mind at all times, driving improvements in existing processes through standardization, optimization and automation.
