Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Southeast Texas, is actively hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Exchange Worker to join our growing Parts Division in Houston, Texas. This position plays a critical role in inspecting heavy equipment components, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

What You'll Do as a Parts Exchange Worker:

• Perform detailed component inspections following Caterpillar CAC guidelines
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy parts and components
• Load and unload freight trucks and manage customer return documentation
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Collaborate with the team to meet department goals and fulfill parts exchange orders
• Follow all Mustang Cat safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Support additional warehouse operations and special projects as assigned

Note: This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse or heavy equipment environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Proven skills operating a forklift and other material handling equipment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A team-first attitude with a strong commitment to safety and reliability
