Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Lead to join our team in Lowell, MA! The Production Lead will work closely with our Production and Engineering teams to review and maintain complete and accurate data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review all job travelers and associated documents when releasing work orders to production.
• Review completed job travelers and data packs for completeness.
• Assist in tracking critical jobs through the MFG process.
• Assist in tracking engineering builds jobs through the MFG process.
• Provide support to Production Supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with other groups when needed to achieve results.
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment with all employees.
• Assure compliance with all company procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience (3 - 5 years related job functions)
• You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Prior experience with MRP systems a plus
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence using MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively across business units
• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Excellent listening skills
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
