Description Our team is interested in women's health in general and we are currently focused on perinatal mental health. This individual will assist in our day-to-day effort to recruit pregnant individuals and follow them until delivery. During participants' visits, we collect multiple questionnaires pertaining to mood, diet, prior history, and participants donate several samples. Our goal is to use this rich biobank we are creating to identify preventive alternatives and novel treatments. Job Responsibilities (Essential Duties) Research Conduct research studies and analyses. Performs complex data and sample collection and study methods, including surveys, biological samples, electroencephalograms, wearable information. Prepare data for analysis and execute details of studies. Perform analysis and document results. Conduct literature searches. Order study supplies, maintain inventories and participant compensation Monitor project developments on an ongoing basis. Propose and implement changes as needed Assist with the replication, refinement and addition of new research approaches based on project needs. Assist with the test, customization and implementation of new methods and procedures. Communication Maintain detailed records of results and prepare written reports. Contribute material, prepare results, and assist in the writing of research findings for publications, papers, presentations, grants, and other documents for publication. Maintain and process required paperwork. Staff Management Guide, train, and advise lower-level researchers and graduate and undergraduate students on techniques, methods, and procedures. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
