We're hiring a Regional Director of Sales (RDS) who will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales. You'll lead sales growth and foster robust client connections across a multi-state region. Your mission: cultivate partnerships with major regional clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive results. If you're a seasoned sales professional with a consultative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed expectations, this is your opportunity to shine! Compensation & Work Environment Details: On-Target Earnings (OTE): $171,000 - $187,000 per year Salary Range: $107,000 - $117,000 Monthly Commission: Uncapped Ramp up Guarantee: Monthly guarantee during ramp-up period Work Environment: Blended field-based & remote role with up to 50% travel across 4-8 states Auto Allowance: Bi-weekly fixed contribution + monthly variable mileage reimbursement What You'll Do:
