As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol Driver in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your primary duties include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor for unusual activity, reporting observations and incidents according to Allied Universal policies and site-specific requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors, assisting with directions and addressing inquiries as needed.
• Support access control procedures by verifying identification and credentials where required.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of all patrols, observations, and incidents during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
