*This is a remote, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate will be located in a major metro area.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Crescent brand globally through social media, LinkedIn, PR and Global Sales. We seek a creative and agile marketer who will work closely with our corporate teams, owners, hotels and agency partners to drive awareness and perception of the corporate brand.

This leader will be responsible for industry/competitive set trend spotting, managing communications/information flow with our agencies and major brand partners, assisting with new business presentations, aiding with hotel launches and supporting Global Sales collateral/communication pieces/offers.

This individual will need to be incredibly organized, good at managing multiple projects/stakeholders concurrently and a strong communicator.

What you will be doing?



  • 2-4 years of experience working within a marketing department and/or marketing agency.
  • Some experience supporting field teams (sales, revenue, operations in a hospitality, retail, F&B setting).
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and/or sales support, collateral and tradeshows/offers.
  • Ability to research competitive set and different industries and present findings to senior leaders.
  • Some experience working with vendors and agencies, including PR and Social Media. Able to coordinate calls and agendas with agencies and vendors.
  • Experience developing campaigns, implementing and tracking results.
  • Ability to negotiate with third parties and work within budgets.
  • Must have strong initiative - working with little supervision.
  • Assist corporate marketing team with new business initiatives and hotel openings.
  • Should be able to audit websites, press releases and social media to maintain brand standards throughout.


Requirements:



  • At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Should have a basic understanding of brand standards, creative process, sales support, digital marketing, social media and PR.
  • A proactive, get it done attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and help out on different projects as needed.
  • A positive, resourceful, professional, solution-oriented manager able to communicate well.
  • Should be comfortable working from home and have strong time management skills.
