About the role/team:

The Fraud/Risk QA Analyst is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and evaluating the quality of fraud alert management, process, risk management and reporting. This role requires the ability to analyze completed work in alignment with regulatory, compliance and contractual requirements. Fraud/Risk QA Analysts are accountable for evaluating work items and processes independently. Fraud/Risk QA Analysts assist with identifying root causes for problems and to make recommendations for remediation of items across the customer lifecycle including upstream and downstream causes and implications.

How you will make an impact:
* Responsible for conducting post-completion assessments of investigations and reviewing data for quality. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of alert processing and documentation.
* Exercises sound judgment and decision making while reviewing completed detection alerts and investigations of simple to high complexity. Documents findings appropriately and in alignment with quality goals and KPIs.
* Delivers work independently and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Refers issues to the appropriate parties through defined channels of escalation as needed.
* Achieves SME level knowledge of the customer fraud lifecycle and WEX programs and products.
* Effectively manages an assigned caseload of quality review and problem solving tracks of work. Provides feedback and recommendations to internal stakeholders, recognizes what needs to be done to mitigate quality issues and demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to meet deadlines independently.
* Participates in discussions of an escalated nature regarding resolution assistance or understanding of findings. Helps solve 'what went wrong'.
* Provides responses to questions to support organizational changes. Supports the implementation of procedural and technology change and acts as a team player in all interactions.
* Exceed established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements on a constant basis.

Experience you will bring:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Three plus years of relevant, professional work experience

* Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to maintain discretion at all times with the ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priority levels and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior Fraud/QA Experience

* Prior WEX Fraud experience

* WEX product knowledge

* Application experience including, but not limited to, Google Suite, Excel, V-Lookup, Salesforce

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
