The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.50 - $21.50 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Coordinate procurement, replenishment, and inventory of MRO spare parts, consumables, safety equipment, and warehouse tools. Ensure availability of components forforklifts, conveyors, racking systems, dock equipment, and packaging toolsto prevent operational downtime. Establish reorder points and monitor stock levels to guarantee uninterrupted operations. Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Safety, and Procurement teams to align MRO activities with distribution center needs. Track and report MRO spend against budget; identify cost reduction and standardization opportunities. Manage vendor relationships, request quotations, and negotiate pricing to optimize cost and service levels. Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules by coordinating part availability. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) in the management of tools, consumables, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper storage of hazardous materials and tools. Pick, receive, and ship materials. Pack and ship accurate orders to customers. Provide Customer Service in a timely fashion. Verify product numbers. Carry out manual warehouse duties as assigned. Load and unload trucks; use forklifts and other required equipment. Align with all safety and health requirements to work within facilities. Maintain clean work environment.

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow company policies, procedures, and directives Requires ability to lift material weighing up to 50 lbs High School diploma or equivalent experience is required Knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklifts, conveyors, racking systems). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement approach. Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and vendors. Intermediate Excel/reporting tool skills.
