Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead a key strategic partnership in North America with Johnson Controls. This role involves managing the relationship at the executive level, shaping market strategy, and directly influencing how our innovative video solutions are implemented on a large scale. This is a dynamic, high-profile role suitable for a proven leader skilled in forming long-term, complex alliances, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and increasing and achieving sales targets. Target Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
