Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. The Americas Field Marketing (AFM) team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join them this summer. This 10-week summer internship provides practical experience in field marketing, event planning, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies within a dynamic corporate setting. You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals, contribute directly to key marketing initiatives, and gain exposure to strategic planning and execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Americas Field Marketing (AFM) team in completing building programs and completing program tasks.
• Pre-draft promotional materials for use in field program execution.
• Help create project codes and manage team budgets.
• Work with vendors to book events and support AFM when they are working with vendors.
• Support event execution.
• Learn SFDC reporting and use it to gain insights into AFM programs and share results with the team.
• Organize and clean-up team folders and documentation in teams and Canva.

Required Education and Experience

• In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027) studying a relevant field, such as marketing, communications or a related discipline.
• Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Experience or interest in tools like Canva, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
