 Overview The Help Desk Technician's primary job is to work with the Help Desk Manager to resolve Help Desk tickets by providing fast and efficient IT support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions. This is a full-time, non-exempt position paid on an hourly basis.
