This position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your role and responsibilities

  • Inventory Management:Receive, verify, and stock incoming products from vendors and plants, ensuring accuracy in SKU numbers, quantities, and quality; consolidate identical SKUs in bulk storage.

  • Order Fulfillment:Pull and transfer bulk products to pick zones, retrieve items for shipping, and move cartons from shipping lanes to pallets for loading.

  • Collaboration & Equipment Operation:Work with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues and operate power industrial equipment as certified.

  • Performance & Flexibility:Consistently meet department quality and productivity standards; perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience & Education:Minimum of 1 years of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment; high school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Skills & Knowledge:Basic computer skills with an understanding of distribution operations; ability to read, comprehend, and accurately count inventory.

  • Physical Requirements:Comfortable working at heights (3-level modules), able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, and capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods.

  • Work Flexibility:Willingness to work overtime with little or no notice.
