Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. The Enterprise Digital Product organization drives all digital initiatives at the bank. This team is on point to build omnichannel Digital platforms that would enable FCB's clients to onboard better and have an enriching, new-age digital onboarding and account opening experience. The Senior Product Manager position leads strategic planning for the accelerated profitability and growth of business products. Manages innovative and profitable products based on customer engagement, quantitative analysis, and market trends. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation. Implements enhancements, monitors customer experience, and ensures compliance with best practices. May provide leadership for the work group through knowledge in specialized areas.
Responsibilities
- Development - Leads overall product and UX vision and strategy and act as primary for business partners. Able to collaborate with third-party vendors, UX design team, tech developers, and data engineers to deliver the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary for a breakthrough client-centric experience. Works closely with cross-functional global teams, support the Lead Product manager with data analysis needs, backlog maintenance, user story grooming and Increment planning. Aids in Business review, User acceptance testing of the delivered solution and certify completeness & Data integrity. Perform post-production validation to determine alignment of solution to business needs
- Product Management - Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. Collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and monitor workflow. Develops and implements process enhancements as necessary to improve efficiencies. Handles complex and escalated product issues. Be highly skilled at Data analysis, comfortable skimming through large amounts of data and being able to interpret results from the data that would lead to critical decision making, leveraging data flow throughout the entire product
- Market Analysis - Maintains competitive and ongoing knowledge of market changes. Conducts advanced analysis of trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs. Implements changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal. May attend industry conferences or participate in sales activities to gauge market trends.
- Customer Engagement - Manages internal and external user experience through all stages of a product. Develops and leads strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition. May provide guidance to less experienced associates on customer engagement methods and techniques. Primary liaison with business stakeholders on client and business process lifecycle management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in digital solutions within the financial services industry
- Deep knowledge of branch and digital deposit and lending solutions in the financial services industry
- 5+ years direct knowledge and experience with Agile execution
- Design thinking with digital experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Influencer, creative thinker
