Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): Texas, North Carolina Provide complex technical support to data processing systems through enhancement of related software and processes. Develop software and procedures that improve processing capabilities. Analyze, code, test, and implement in coordination with management, associates, and end users. Serve as production system support by resolving issues and ensuring ongoing functionality. Perform a variety of actions that evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications. Utilize programming specifications to construct modules, develop testing methods, and design materials. Provide new feature time estimates for system changes and assist in implementing modifications. Execute test plans to validate application functions as designed. Collect data related to user requests and determine scope, time estimates, and system impacts. Inspect business specifications, programming specifications, coding, test plans, documentation, and implementation plans for accuracy. Provide technical support to production systems by addressing reported issues, anticipating maintenance requirements, and ensuring functionality for end user needs. Draft documentation to be used for system, end user, and operational purposes, including technical specifications and application designs. Responsible for complex involvement in the software development life cycle including the creation, enhancement, implementation, and evaluation of software. Serve as a technical resource for management, associates, and business units. Provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations. This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): Texas, North Carolina Qualifications Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience as a Web Developer, Digital Marketing Services Liaison, Knowledge Analyst, Technical Architect, or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience as a Web Developer, Digital Marketing Services Liaison, Knowledge Analyst, Technical Architect, or related occupation. Requires high level of independent code review and development skills across various technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, Vignette CMS, Microsoft CMS, Epi Server, Drupal, InfoPath, Power Platform, CRM Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Requires experience with scripting languages including Microsoft.NET (C#), ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, AJAX, VBScript, CSOM/JSOM, API Integration (REST), React,js, Node.js, Angular.js, Python, SQL Scripting and Powershell Scripting. Requires experience with Visual Studio, Copilot Studio, Postman API Design/Testing (REST), and Google Apigee Gateway API Proxy design and testing. Requires experience migrating Microsoft Tenants. Requires sales technology domain knowledge. Requires business analyst experience. Requires experience with source code control management using Azure, GitHub or GitLab. Requires automation testing experience using GitLab or Azure DevOps. Requires experience designing CI/CD pipelines and multi-region deployment experience. Requires experience with Agile ways of working including Scrum or Kanban. Requires experience working with enterprise change control management. Requires experience working with on-shore and off-shore teams across multiple time zones and countries. Requires advanced experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar code repository system. Requires advanced experience with ServiceNow or other information technology ticketing system. Requires in-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology including Agile. Requires ability to provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations. This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): Texas, North Carolina The base pay for this position is generally between $123,950 and $203,509 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
