Listing Coordinator, Carbondale

We’re seeking a Listing Coordinator to join our Carbondale office. This full-time role is an opportunity to be part of a respected and leading real estate firm, supporting brokers and clients while helping daily operations run seamlessly.

Preferred experience includes real estate, front-line customer service, or listing coordination. While not required, being a licensed Colorado Realtor® is a strong plus. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, tech-savviness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being connected to the real estate industry, working closely with a collaborative team, and making sure every detail is handled with professionalism.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $24.25/hour DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
