The Missouri Telehealth Network Job Description
Position Summary The Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN) at the University of Missouri has received a federal grant award from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to serve as the National Telehealth Research Center (HRSA-25-045). The Research Center plays a critical role in expanding the evidence base for telehealth services, evaluating national telehealth investments, and addressing gaps in knowledge around effectiveness, cost, delivery, and quality of care, especially in rural and underserved communities. We are seeking a Research Grant Coordinator / Project Manager dedicated to this award. This individual will provide leadership and coordination for all aspects of the grant project, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with demonstrated experience in research project management and federal grant administration. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary coordinator for the HRSA-funded National Telehealth Research Center grant. * Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring alignment with grant objectives, timelines, and deliverables. * Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams of researchers, evaluators, and telehealth experts. * Oversee evaluation activities and support data collection, analysis, and reporting. * Prepare federal progress reports, performance measures, and related grant documentation. * Monitor budget activity and collaborate with MTN's business team for fiscal oversight. * Facilitate communication with HRSA program officers, partner organizations, and internal stakeholders. * Track project milestones and develop project management tools to ensure timely progress. * Draft presentations, briefs, and summaries for funders, stakeholders, and leadership. * Contribute to dissemination of findings through publications, presentations, and webinars. * Ensure compliance with all federal, university, and MTN requirements. Key Responsibilities with Time Allocation Responsibility- % of Time- Description Project Coordination & Management- 25% -Serve as primary coordinator for the HRSA-funded grant; oversee day-to-day operations, manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure project alignment. Evaluation & Data Oversight- 15%- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting; coordinate evaluation activities with research teams; ensure quality control. Reporting & Documentation- 15%- Prepare progress reports and performance measures; draft project briefs and updates for leadership and stakeholders. Team & Stakeholder Coordination- 15%- Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, HRSA program officers, and partner organizations; coordinate meetings and communications. Budget & Fiscal Oversight- 10%- Track expenditures, monitor budget activity, and ensure fiscal compliance in collaboration with MTN's business team. Dissemination & Knowledge Sharing- 10%- Contribute to project publications, presentations, and webinars; summarize findings for funders and stakeholders. Compliance & Quality Assurance- 10%- Ensure adherence to federal, university, and MTN requirements; maintain documentation and audit readiness. Shift
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in public health, health policy, research administration, or related field. Anticipated Hiring Range
