Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for the leadership and oversight of multiple clinic locations, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality patient care, and financial performance. This role partners closely with physician leadership and administrative teams to drive strategic initiatives, optimize clinic operations, and foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support clinic administrators and staff in delivering efficient, patient-centered care. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource management across clinics. Collaborate with physicians on staffing, performance, and provider recruitment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of health care management
- Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of health care management experience. (Master's preferred)
- Previous experience with planning, organizing, delegating and supervising.
- Experience with working in a physician dyad model.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- Knowledge of personnel administration and patient relation principles.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
