A leading global technology company, known for shaping the future of digital interaction and innovation, is seeking a highly organized and strategic communications professional to join their dynamic team. Partnering with Aquent, you will step into a pivotal role, driving impactful communication strategies and content management that directly influence how teams collaborate, leaders connect, and information flows across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to streamline critical processes, enhance visibility, and ensure consistent, compelling messaging that empowers our internal and external stakeholders.

**What You'll Do:**

In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our communication infrastructure and content management, making a tangible difference in operational efficiency and strategic alignment. Your contributions will include:

* Establishing and Optimizing Document Repositories: Design, implement, and oversee robust document management systems, including identifying optimal tools, developing best practices, creating intuitive naming conventions and hierarchies, and establishing rigorous auditing and archival processes for all digital assets.

* Managing Internal Web Platforms: Create, design, and maintain internal websites, webpages, and wikis, identifying key documentation and stakeholders to ensure content is current, relevant, and easily accessible.

* Facilitating Key Communications & Events: Coordinate symposiums, provide comprehensive presentation and speech support (including script development, speaker preparation, content research, and logistical management), and support crisis communication efforts.

* Developing Unified Communication Standards: Design and implement a cohesive naming convention for the team, develop comprehensive communication plans for both internal and external audiences, and structure/improve critical executive review documents.

* Standardizing Communication Assets: Create and deploy standardized communication templates for various purposes, including high-stakes demonstrations with senior leadership and company-wide announcements.

* Empowering Teams Through Training: Train and assist researchers to foster a common understanding and consistent application of communication best practices.

* Enhancing Leadership Communication: Support leadership and inter-team communication through streamlined processes and the development of high-quality content.

**Qualifications:**

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

* Proven experience in communications, content management, and organizational strategy within a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective document management systems and internal web platforms.

* Strong background in developing and executing communication plans, including crisis communication support.

* Experience in presentation and speech support, including scriptwriting and speaker coordination.

* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating clear, consistent, and compelling communications.

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and senior leadership.
