Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated and experienced PACS Supervisor to join our Radiology Informatics team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and strategic planning of all aspects of our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and its ancillary systems.

You will oversee user support, service, maintenance, and QA/QC across all radiology and clinical departments-including regional clinics, critical access hospitals, and non-GHS facilities. This role also includes supervising technical staff, managing HR functions, and collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure optimal system performance and patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of PACS and related systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Supervise and support PACS technical staff, including performance management and development.

  • Oversee system troubleshooting, maintenance, and integration support.

  • Collaborate with Imaging Management, Radiology Chairs, and regional clinic leadership.

  • Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring for Radiology Informatics initiatives.

  • Provide on-call support and participate in shift rotations, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.

  • Advocate for process improvements and resource planning to support clinical and operational goals.

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days however, willingness to work an on call schedule

  • Location: Onsite, Main Campus in La Crosse, WI

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Health Informatics, Information Technology, Radiologic Sciences) 2 years of experience

  • Experience: at least 2 years of experience in PACS Administration or radiology informatics

  • Experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a healthcare environment preferred

  • Epic Certifications - not required however, would be beneficial to seek Radiant training

  • Strong communication skills and agile mindset.
