Description * Responds promptly to messages, emails, and phone calls. * Coordinates with clients, technologists, and departments to resolve issues. * Dispatches unread studies and locates comparison exams for interpretation. * Communicates urgent matters and calls reports as directed. * Tracks turnaround times and maintains procedure schedules. * Assists with quality assurance, data inquiries, and client account issues. * Maintains logs and productivity reports. * Supports Radiologists with scheduling and hospital coordination. * Performs errands and fulfills call duty as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications * 2 years of medical office environment experience within a hospital. Radiology imaging knowledge * Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems and office management practices * Knowledge of research methods and healthcare processes Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
