We're seeking a highly organized and strategic Experiential Marketing Manager that will execute programs for the Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat and Alfa Romeo Brands. The role requires budget, event and fleet planning and requires travel. The role will also manage multiple agencies that deliver narrators, product specialist and data capture. Key Responsibilities:
- Developed and execute an experiential marketing function for the Dodge, Chrysler, FIAT, Alfa Romeo and Auto Show Brands. Activations range from single events to series from national scale to a grassroots activity.
- Role is accountable to both the Centralize Marketing and Brand Functions. Responsible to create consumer interactive events and environments across all Stellantis products with the goal of improving brand appeal/consideration and ultimately increase sales.
- Responsible for annual planning, concept development, external market solicitation, internal ideation, evaluation for brand fit, evaluation of costs versus benefit, event execution, event alterations, budget management, and overall knowledge of experiential marketing.
- Position has a heavy cross functional emphasis that includes Marketing, Brands, Legal, Sales, outside agencies, Media, and advertising.

- Core budget Management; Multibrand Ride and Drive, Data Capture, APR Contract & Agency Retainer Budget.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and brand leadership.
- Proven track record of managing multiple vendors and complex digital initiatives.
- Experience with budgeting and financial oversight for large-scale programs.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence in decision-making and ability to balance brand priorities with dealer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience working with dealer website platforms (e.g., CDK, Dealer.com, Sincro)
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed organization
