Job Description

The Competitive Intelligence Technical Product Manager is responsible for leading a high-impact team through the delivery of competitive intelligence data and insights across all functions of our business.

This role manages strategic vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business impact-and is ready to help shape the future of insight delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Workflow Management
    • Supervise a team of Analysts, Data Engineers and Product Owners
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across data pipelines and insight delivery
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Innovation & Technology Adoption
    • Champion the use of emerging technologies, especially Generative and Agentic AI, to automate and optimize insight generation and enterprise utilization of those insights
    • Lead the transition to Microsoft Fabric, leveraging its unified analytics capabilities to streamline data integration, governance, and reporting
    • Innovate how insights are consumed and operationalized across the organization
  • Strategic Prioritization
    • Evaluate and prioritize new enhancements, initiatives, and tool developments
    • Align team efforts with business goals and stakeholder needs
  • Insight Delivery & Optimization
    • Drive efficiency in how insights are formed and delivered to stakeholders
    • Ensure insights are actionable, timely, and tailored to cross-functional needs

Experience

  • Proven experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence leadership
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms, especially Microsoft Fabric, and tools such as Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Data Factory
  • Passion for emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred)
  • Background in product management or technical program management (preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
