As a Warehouse Manager, you lead by example - combining strategic oversight with hands-on guidance to drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across our supply chain operations. Purpose of the role

You are responsible for managing the daily operations of a warehouse function within a large industrial or project environment. This includes overseeing personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining seamless coordination between logistics, procurement, and project teams. Your role ensures that materials, equipment, and tools are received, stored, and distributed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with Worley's standards of quality and operational integrity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage warehouse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service across multiple projects or operational areas.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and availability of materials.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, and construction teams to align warehouse activities with project timelines and priorities.
  • Maintain compliance with all HSE policies and foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Manage staffing needs, performance evaluations, and training to support professional growth and operational capability.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to management and stakeholders to support business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot complex logistical and systems issues, providing informed solutions that align with organizational objectives.

What you'll bring to the role

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse operations or materials management, ideally within industrial or project-based environments.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a deep understanding of warehouse systems, processes, and tools.
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams and manage performance effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining operational discipline.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and quality.
