Kapco has invested in state of the art welding equipment and needs a Welding Supervisor to be part of the future growth and expansion. The Weekend Shift Welding Supervisor supervises manufacturing employees in a heavy production environment. Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, working conditions and other production-related activities. Responsible for the safety of employees, quality, and efficiency of production while ensuring on-time delivery. Required Experience: three to five years' experience in welding operations in a metal stamping or fabrication environment. Requires industrial management or supervision experience.
