Additional information can be found on our website. The Compensation manager is responsible for the administration of AAMC's Compensation Program. The Compensation manager plans, develops, and implements compensation initiatives, policies, and procedures that help the AAMC attract, engage, and retain high-quality employees and in turn achieve the organization's goals. This position is responsible for ensuring that AAMC's compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Critical to AAMC's compensation strategy, this role will drive change and influence decision making through a balanced mix of data and talent driven metrics. Remote Work Eligibility This position may be eligible for remote work.Compensation Grade Range $124,950.00-$147,000.00Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors may include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations. If a bachelor's degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
