We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at Gund Brewery Lofts, a beautifully restored historic community offering a mix of affordable and market-rate apartments in downtown La Crosse. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leasing and people skills while helping residents find the perfect place to call home.

What You'll Do

Build rapport with prospective and current residents while providing an exceptional customer experience
Present the property and available apartments in a professional, engaging way that highlights the unique charm of the community
Secure leases and renewals through effective communication, follow-up, and strong closing skills
Maintain accurate leasing records and manage resident information in property management software
Assist with marketing efforts, community outreach, and keeping the property's appearance welcoming and well-maintained

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
One or more years of leasing or sales experience preferred
Strong customer service and sales abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, energy, and professionalism
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability for some evening and weekend work during high-demand periods
