Summary
Chobani LLC has an opening for a SAP Functional Lead - Order to Cash in New York, New York. Work with Chobani's Information Services and Business Resources teams to identify project requirements and convert them into software solutions for our core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project to support integration systems. Leverage knowledge of SAP Configuration to design and implement software development best practices that meet the data modeling, data analytics and reporting needs. Plan development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP OTC and Procure to Pay functional areas. Responsibilities
1. Perform software requirements gathering through Business Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (Frequency Division Duplex (FDD)/Time Division Duplex (TDD)) and End User Training to accurately determine how and where current software or planned new systems will fit the organization's needs; 2. Analyze different business processes related to the existing state of Chobani's software systems; 3. Conduct gap analysis of the current design and development of the proposed design in accordance with Chobani's global template; 4. Perform configuration of primary SAP modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), FI Cash, Credit, Rebate modules, and Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Management; 5. Analyze software integration requirements and work with legacy, third party software and non-SAP systems; 6. Support all forms of software testing as executed in standard SAP software platforms, including providing support on SAP environment, performing triage and solving specific software issues as needed; Collaborate with Business Process Integration teams and provide industry standard solutions; 7. Write technical software specifications and test software code, including the performance of requirements analysis, scope management, software configuration management, system design techniques, application of proper development tools, testing and transition to production environments (duties associated with full life cycle software development initiatives); and 8. Leverage a deep understanding of core SAP HANA Development and Integration best practices to ensure the success of software system development and integration within Chobani's business environment, assisting with end-user training and preparing user procedure manuals as necessary Requirements
The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field or foreign equivalent, plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in any occupation where SAP Configuration and Design experience in an Order to Cash function was gained. Experience must include: 1. 5 years of experience with the following SAP business process workstreams: Record to Report, Settlement, and Profitability Analysis; 2. 5 years of experience with cross-functional integration with S4 HANA or SAP logistics modules, must include at least Sales, Procurement, and Inventory Management; 3. 5 years of functional hands-on experience re-designing and/or recommending improvements, in S4 HANA or SAP Finance, FP&A, Accounting & Financial Close, Payables, Receivables & Cash Management, Asset Management, Supply Chain Finance, Project systems, EDI Billing & Invoice Management, RICEFW objects; 4. 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP related Order to Cash configuration, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production support activities (to include configuration/design experience in Order to Cash functions, including but not limited to Sales orders, deliveries, shipping and logistics and invoicing); 5. 3 years of experience providing techno-functional specifications and working with ABAP/Developer teams; 6. 5 years of experience leading collaborative teams during steady state, post go-live and strategic solutions; and 7. Experience with at least 1 Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementation S/4 HANA/SAP/Fiori or minimum 2-3 FLCs of ECC in the modules of Finance, Payables & Receivables, Costing, Treasury, Manufacturing Finance/Costing/Supply Chain Finance (FSCM) Role permits telecommuting on Fridays, only. Position reports to the employer's office in New York, NY and must reside within normal commuting distance. Requires travel approximately 1 week per quarter (per project requirements), to Chobani manufacturing sites in South Edmeston, NY, Twin Falls, ID, Philadelphia, PA and Norton Shore, MI. Compensation Range: $206,000.00-$216,000.00, plus bonus. |
