Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: The position will be responsible for the design and development of MEMS probe solutions for test applications across high-performance computing, mobile, and automotive products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and FEA, as well as experience with MEMS technology.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Responsible for MEMS probe design, simulation and test for next generation products *Drive probe reliability and performance validation *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of probes into products *Support probe/product customer qualification and field issue analysis *Document design, modeling and testing processes Skills: 3D Modeling, ANSYS Software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Mechanical Design, Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), Problem Solving, Simulation Software, SolidWorks, Thermal PropertiesEducation & Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience| RequiredPay Range: $136,200.00 - $178,815.00Pay Range Explained: This role in Livermore, California pays between $136,200.00 and $178,815.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
