Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Mechanical design and engineering analysis (structural, thermal) of probe card components and assemblies.
*Development of probe card architectures for new tester platforms.
*Solid modeling of mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks CAD software.
*FEA analysis using both SolidWorks Simulation and ANSYS software.
*Generation of fully detailed part drawings, implementing ANSI Y14.5M GD&T standards.
*Generation and maintenance of the design and solid model library.
*Perform hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of mechanically related issues in the factory and verification of new probe card configurations.
*Recommend and execute mechanical-related corrective actions.
*Provide support to machining vendors and fabricators.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Combination of office and manufacturing settings.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience| Required

Pay Range:

$90,500.00 - $118,755.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Livermore, California pays between $90,500.00 and $118,755.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
