Responsibilities

The Marketing Creative Content team is seeking a Creative Analyst Intern with a Marketing or Advertising field of study to focus on the research and analysis of advertising campaigns for online and broadcast distribution. In this role, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate the effectiveness of our creative campaigns, both pre and post-launch, provide insights to guide the creative development process.

Additional Information:

  • Assists the Sr. Creative Analysts with high-impact creative, strategic, and analytics work
  • Synthesizes large data sets to provide accurate, comprehensive, and actionable analysis using data visualization and storytelling
  • Assists with the development and analysis of consumer surveys, discussion guides, and other market research methods to help evaluate draft creative
  • Gathers insights from data sources and provides relevant learnings to inform current and future campaigns
  • Analyzes in-market performance trends to help inform media rotation
  • Develop an understanding of key drivers of creative effectiveness, and campaign success measures
  • Works closely with Creative Strategy teammates to evaluate campaign performance and consults to help provide ways to optimize creative effectiveness based on market research
  • Connect with Strategy and Analytics partners to understand Brand measurement and implications for creative development

Who We Are Looking For

  • Seeking current juniors (preferably) or seniors enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video Production, with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Will consider sophomores who meet the criteria.
  • Must have at least one semester remaining after the conclusion of the internship.
  • GPA of 3.5 or above preferred

An ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong interest in video content creation and marketing, with a desire to learn about campaign development beyond social media.

Internship Program Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for the summer internship program, candidates must be full-time students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining until graduation, and must maintain their student status throughout the duration of the internship.

What You Can Expect:

  • Summer Internship Dates: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
    • Due to the short duration of the summer program, we seek interns who will be available to engage and participate throughout the internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
  • Pay: $22/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
  • Competitive candidates will be invited to participate in a pre-screening video interview in the Fall of 2025
  • Where You'll Work:
      • HYBRID: This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. You will work out of one of the hub locations listed below.
      • REMOTE: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed below) may be considered for remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events!
      • Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.
    • Hub Location(s): Bloomington, IL; Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ
      • For San Francisco candidates: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
      • For Los Angeles candidates: Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Change Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
      • Candidates selected for an internship will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend
