$25-27/hr 1st Shift Germantown, WI Job Category: Manufacturing Job Details: RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: MATERIAL TAKE-OFFS Verify square footage and linear footage quantities of materials from drawings using PDF take-off software. PRODUCTION PLANNING: Prepare AutoCAD file to facilitate production sequencing Print cover sheets and labels daily, and distribute them to the production team Efficiently file/process incoming and outgoing documents. PIECE DRAWINGS: Intake, review, and organize piece drawings daily from outside consultants Print piece drawings daily and distribute them to the production team Act as initial contact from the production team for all drawing-related questions. Contact appropriate party (internal or external) to answer production questions in a timely manner. Efficiently file/process incoming and outgoing documents. DATA ENTRY: Maintain spreadsheet logs for: Core requests from jobsites Revisions to piece drawings Efficiently file/process incoming and outgoing documents. CLOSEOUT DOCUMENTATION: Compile and submit As-Built documents to customer: Core requests Field fixes Final calc package Final construction drawings Efficiently file/process incoming and outgoing documents. DEVELOPMENT TASKS Assist in ongoing development tasks as assigned Special projects as assigned COMPETENCIES: Commitment, dedication, continuous quality improvement, problem solving, teamwork, and safety.
