National 4-H Council is seeking an Extension Relations Coordinator to provide essential coordination and logistical support across stakeholder engagement, meetings, and events. As the Extension Relations Coordinator, you'll play a central role in supporting Council leadership and partners by coordinating scheduling, agendas, documentation, and travel, as well as leading logistics for Council's participation in major Extension convenings. Responsibilities include managing registration, promotions, vendor and venue coordination, and on-site event support. Reporting to the Director, Extension Relations, this role ensures consistent, accurate, and timely operations that strengthen connections across the 4-H system. Position Summary National 4-H Council is seeking an Extension Relations Coordinator to provide essential coordination and logistical support, strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. Reporting to the Director, Extension Relations, this new position leads scheduling, agenda development, and documentation for key internal and external stakeholder meetings, including those involving Council leadership and regional partners. In addition, the role serves as the logistics lead for Council's participation in major Extension (4-H Network) convenings and events including registration and reporting, event software management, promotional planning across multiple channels, vendor and venue coordination, and onsite event support requiring travel. Travel Requirements: Standard business hours with travel up to 30% (local, regional, national). Travel may take place during nights and/or weekends.
