About the Job:
As our Director of Analytics/Insights - SVP, you'll spearhead business growth through transformative data-driven strategies, co-leading our Analytics capability and nurturing multiple client relationships. Bringing expertise in marketing thought leadership to the role, you'll bridge data and business objectives, driving impactful initiatives across functions. You'll innovate solutions and cultivate strong client partnerships, steering new business opportunities and stewarding account success.
A Day in the Life:
  • Lead multiple analytics teams/accounts, providing senior-level guidance and oversight.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive analytic strategies with cross-functional agency teams.
  • Collaborate internally to design and develop impactful analyses, driving business solutions.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to clients, presenting visually compelling findings.
  • Foster innovation, partnering with stakeholders to advance analytics capabilities.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and recruitment support to grow the analytics team.
What you'll need:
  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or related fields (Advertising, Retail Marketing, Product Marketing, etc.).
  • Expertise in scoping, pricing and staffing analytic engagements.
  • Proficiency in analytic solutions platforms, digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe) and data infrastructure (SQL, MYSQL, NO-SQL, Cloud Storage).
  • Strong account leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop data/measurement strategies, aligning metrics and KPIs to business objectives.
  • Effective management, training and guidance for junior team members.
  • Proficient data summarization skills using various platforms (Excel, Tableau, PPT, SQL).
  • Adaptive problem-solving skills for complex business challenges in fast-paced environments.
Salary
$220,000 to $290,000 annually
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
