Leads the inventory management process and inventory data accuracy throughout the Retail Distribution Centers, which includes receiving, shipping, returns, and cycle count process. Creates policies and procedures for the management of inventory and the consistent implementation and execution throughout all Retail divisions. Collaborates with Division Controllers and all other personnel responsible to execute inventory management procedures at the distribution centers. Implements and maintains effective processes to analyze Key Performance Indicators that identify areas of improvement and proactive identification of deviations from inventory management procedures. Collaborates with cross-functional teams at home office or divisions (Distribution Centers) in the development of new operational and system capabilities related to inventory management procedures to achieve inventory accuracy and reduce inventory losses. Works collaboratively with divisions (Distribution Centers) in the implementation of new inventory processes and systems to achieve reliable inventory accuracy. Provides analytical reviews and summaries of critical data used in making decisions, which impact the overall management of inventory at the Retail Divisions. Assesses procedures to ensure effective financial reserves for obsolete inventory throughout Retail divisions. Provides training to teammates at Retail divisions to enable consistent execution of inventory processes, policies, and procedures. Benefits you can count on:
