Responsibilities
The Global Procure to Pay Risk & Compliance Manager is a critical position within the Procure to Pay (P2P) Center of Excellence responsible for managing day-to-day compliance, controls, and governance activities for our global procure-to-pay processes. This role focuses on maintaining and operating the P2P control environment; ensures regulatory and policy compliance; mitigates operational and financial risks; and partners with procurement, finance, legal, internal audit, IT, and business stakeholders to enable consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of global P2P policies and controls.
* Demonstrates thought leadership within P2P Center of Excellence and beyond, significantly contributing to the development and execution of the organization's Risk Mitigation strategy, including identification and business case development of improvement and risk mitigation initiatives. * Develop and maintain a global P2P governance framework, including policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control processes. * Design, implement and monitor comprehensive P2P controls across sourcing, purchase requisitioning, ordering, receiving, invoicing, payment, supplier master data, and reconciliations. * Conduct risk assessments (periodic and ad hoc) across P2P end-to-end processes; identify key risks, root causes, and remediation plans. * Define and transform supplier onboarding requirements and process to ensure supplier master data governance to mitigate risks, prevent fraudulent or duplicate vendors, ensure regulatory and tax compliance, and enforce segregation of duties. * Serve as an interface between Global Sourcing and Procure to Pay with internal and external auditors to coordinate audits; respond to audit findings and ensure timely remediation and verification of corrective actions. * Engages with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal and Internal Audit to align P2P risk posture and secure resources for remediation and automation initiatives. * Drive continuous improvement projects that reduce risk and increase automation and controls. * Provide training, communications, and governance forums for global stakeholders to maintain consistent application of P2P policies and controls. * Stay current on regulatory and industry developments affecting P2P and update policies and controls accordingly. * Leading and participating in multiple strategic P2P risk mitigation projects as a process subject matter expert. * Support Global Sourcing and Procurement to track and drive completion of Category Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation Plans, including Together for Sustainability (TFS) supplier assessments and audits, and Ecovadis assessments where appropriate. * Coordinate timely and accurate annual 1099 reporting. * Mentoring and/or Supervision of other P2P Center of Excellence team members aiding in their process expertise and personal development.

Qualifications
* Minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university; Degrees in Supply Chain or Finance preferred. * Advanced degrees such as an MBA or MS Supply Chain preferred. * 7+ years of relevant experience in procure-to-pay operations, P2P controls, financial compliance, internal audit, or risk management in a corporate environment. * Experience with leading P2P technologies (SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, iCertis, Microsoft Office 365, and automation tools - AI, RPA) and comfort working with data (Excel, BI tools) preferred. * Demonstrated experience providing project leadership. * Demonstrated experience identifying and developing business cases for strategic initiatives. * Collaborator with the ability to influence without authority. * Excellent investigative, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to lead process transformation and change adoption across P2P operations - proven history of redesigning workflows, implementing automation or control enhancements, and driving stakeholder adoption to deliver measurable risk reduction and efficiency gains. * Global mindset with practical experience adapting controls and governance to multi jurisdictional environments.
