Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Operations Specialist for our Advantage Technical team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to support the program implementation and operations efforts of account teams. Responsible for day to day operational requirements for assigned accounts.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Works in conjunction with the Management team to provide account implementation and operations support as required to install, maintain and expand business opportunities.
  • Acts as a program liaison between Clients, Talent, and Company departments.
  • Reviews and assesses prospective permanent and temp/consultant employee background reports and drug test results against client requirements and partners with account team to communicate results as appropriate.
  • Assists recruiters as needed with onboarding paperwork and I-9 requirements to ensure talent are properly onboarded in accordance with Company and client requirements.
  • Additional administrative duties such as the scheduling, coordinating of travel and coordinating of meetings and maintenance of administrative calendars will also be required.
  • Contributes to other program implementation and operation requirements as assigned
  • Manages all client reporting and PO's.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Maintains electronic files to ensure compliance for auditing purposes
  • Partners with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients or new procedures in support of existing clients.
  • Escalates client requests or issues to the appropriate team based on scope and nature of issue.
  • Educates account team, including sales staff and recruiting teams, on the requirements of the client and ensures adherence to client procedures.

We also value an ability to handle confidential information, be internally motivated with a strong desire to succeed, ability to handle high pressure environments while staying even keeled, adaptable to changing situations, and warm and agreeable interpersonal skills with ability to listen. Ability to be proactive and solve problems as well as build coalitions and earn the trust of others. We also desire 2 years of recruiting or equivalent experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
