SUMMARY ANSYS Government Initiatives Inc. is seeking a passionate Senior Software Development Team Lead to join our Programs and Solutions team. The team's primary emphasis lies in crafting software functionality integrating and automating Ansys' commercial simulation software tools to meet specific customer requirements for design, engineering, and operations in the aerospace and defense market. As part of this team, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating team members to achieve project goals. You will collaborate closely with our project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that empower engineers, analysts, and operators in extracting maximum insights from their simulations.
