The Assistant Housing Director is responsible for assisting the Housing Director in managing the daily operations of Housing with Services and acts as the Housing Director in their absence. This position supervises departments as directed by the Housing Director. This position is responsible for people services and business office functions, resident and family satisfaction, financial oversight, and census development. About Us: Ecumen Brooks and Ecumen Countryside in Owatonna, MN, are hiring an Assistant Housing Director to help lead two vibrant senior living communities-Brooks with 38 assisted living apartments and 12 memory care residences, and Countryside with 61 assisted living apartments. As part of Ecumen, a nonprofit senior services leader with over 160 years of experience and ranked Minnesota's 8th largest senior living provider, you'll join a mission-driven team dedicated to exceptional care, innovation, and creating inclusive communities that support older adults in living fully. Schedule: Full-Time. Monday - Friday, typical business hours. Hours can vary based on business needs. Leader on Duty rotation included in schedule. Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
