Schedule + Pay

Night Shift | Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM) | $22 per hour

Requirements + Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurements
• Familiarity with basic fabrication math, including decimals, fractions, and angles
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, protractors, or other precision measuring tools
• Knowledge of different metals and thicknesses, and how the material type affects bend quality
• Ability to perform quality checks and document production results accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and team-oriented, with solid communication and time-management skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience operating a press brake or other metal fabrication machinery is preferred

Press Brake Operator Duties

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend sheet metal and components per job orders
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and part drawings
• Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job
• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
• Work safely and follow all company and industry safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
