What you'll do

The Event Coordinator is an early-career role designed to provide hands-on experience in planning and executing Docusign's event portfolio. This role supports senior program managers on first-party events (like Momentum, executive programs, internal events) as well as select third-party trade shows. You'll gain exposure to end-to-end event operations (from logistics and registration to onsite delivery and post-event reporting) while building foundational event skills.

Events are a critical touchpoint for audience engagement, lead generation, and brand differentiation. This role supports the execution of events that directly impact sales pipeline, customer retention, and brand perception. By enabling seamless coordination across event logistics, operations, and stakeholder communication, the Event Coordinator helps ensure each event is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Global Customer Conferences.

Responsibility

  • Support planning meetings, manage notes, track deliverables, and update project timelines
  • Assist with vendor coordination, staffing schedules, executive/sales meeting prep, speaker logistics, mobile app updates, and registration flows
  • Provide on-the-ground assistance at events, ensuring smooth run-of-show for staff, speakers, and attendees
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to set up campaigns, manage attendee lists, create surveys, and provide reporting after events
  • Consolidate leads from badge scans, coordinate with Sales/Campaign Ops, and support demand generation follow-up
  • Assist in creating graphics, social media assets, gamification tactics, and theater schedules for trade shows
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative, Demand Gen, and Sales teams to align on messaging, deliverables, and customer engagement

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Google suite and MS Outlook, Word

  • Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Team oriented

  • Willingness to travel, if required

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $83,500.00 - $120,900.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $79,100.00 - $102,800.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $79,100.00 - $108,550.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
