Job Title: Food service Worker/ Chef Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension) Location: Duarte, CA 91010 Shift: 1^st M-F 6am - 6:30pm on rare occasions late events until 8pm. weekends 7am - 3:30pm Salary: $19/hr. on w2 without benefits Position Summary: Read production orders - Portion and assemble salads and Deli sandwiches, fallowing proper HACCP procedures. Deliver meals to patients at bedside. Role & Responsibilities: Prepares and cooks to order foods that may require short preparation time. May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and may operate a grill station. Prepares food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and *** standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided. Reads food order or receives verbal instructions on food required by patron and prepares and cooks food according to instructions. May prepare meals for customers requiring special diets.
