Position Title: Account Representative
Wage: $22.00 - $25.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday) Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Account Representative at a company in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift. Apply now! Account Representative Responsibilities: - Ensure estimates, including general conditions, are accurate, complete and reflect the actual requirements of the project - Maintain current information and lists for subcontractors - Receive and prioritize multiple to bid per day - Download plans and set up new projects as client invitations come in - Research mall required information and contact mall subcontractors for required bids - Organize / print and file sub-contractor bids into appropriate department - Download / update current projects bidding as needed with the revised plans and bids - Assist estimators as needed to keep them on time Requirements for Account Representative: - Able to sit for long periods of time - Visual ability allows for computer work and data entry for long periods of time - Able to handle a multitude of tasks at any given moment and be able to prioritize these tasks according to importance - High School Diploma or GED - Experience in similar position within the construction field a plus - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook - General understanding of utilizing the internet for research, downloading documents from FTP sites and obtaining information for various malls and subcontractors - Understanding of general construction and construction terms a plus but not a requirement kenosha@qpsemployment.com IND015 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
