Overview

The Compliance Project Manager reports to the Director of Administrative and Support Services and is responsible for leading and overseeing compliance related projects to ensure the organization meets regulatory standards and internal policies. The position supports the Director of Administration and Support Services and works closely with both staff and leadership to support the organization's compliance and quality goals across Trillium Place. The position applies process improvement and project management techniques to assist in process design and improvement and successful project management of clinical' strategic and business initiatives. Using a robust skill set including project management, lean six sigma, change management and data analysis, the position helps to ensure the delivery of outcomes that contribute to quality performance, patient and employee satisfaction, strategic success and financial strength. Elements of success include strong team facilitation, expert communication skills, data analysis expertise and proficiency in problem solving techniques.

Bachelor's Degree: Business Management; Psychology; Social Work; Engineering; Healthcare Administration,

Experience Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in/with process data analysis/management and/or industrial engineering

Responsibilities

  • Performs analysis with minimal direction, elicits appropriate input identifying statistical tools and techniques.
  • Approaches problems with systematic and critical thinking; identifies the implications of the analysis and communicates potential impact and offers recommendations/solutions that assist with projects.
  • Translates quality metric data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Interprets quality data to participate in and lead performance improvement efforts.
  • Organizes and completes assignments independently and in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Facilitates communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
  • Conducts evaluations and analyses to measure project outcomes and inform future initiatives.
  • Is responsible for owning and managing policies that govern project activities, including their development, implementation, and compliance.
  • Leads project planning efforts and coordinating resources to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while actively monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  • Researches, collects and translates data for regulatory needs and quality improvements projects.
  • Works with functional team leaders to ensure that any corrective actions from external stakeholders are corrected and sustained.
  • Assures continuous compliance with relevant standards.
  • Informs Trillium Place leadership of new modifications to existing standards/regulations.
  • Facilitates implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Maintains and organizes all documentation in support of surveys through planning, communication, preparation, scheduling, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Develops content, facilitates and leads performance improvement education and training throughout the Trillium Place.
  • Works with the Trillium Committees in reviewing, developing, coordinating and administering process for risk identification, investigation, and reduction within the clinic environment.
  • Facilitate clinical improvement Initiatives and manage projects.
  • Facilitates improvement and project teams of all sizes that involve team members from multiple departments and roles within the organization, managing conflict and resource constraints for effective project completion and issue resolution.
  • Assists teams in the design of new processes, systems and operational changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plans and organizes project work and meetings to efficiently use stakeholder time and organizational resources.
  • Identifies and uses appropriate methodologies and tools (Lean, DMAIC, PM, Change Management) to effectively facilitate and manage projects.
  • Develops action and implementation plans to support completion of continuous improvement and project management initiatives.
  • Schedules and delegates work with clear ownership for project tasks, provide coaching and support as needed; monitor task completion.
  • Understand and manages clinical data for projects and effective problem solving.
  • Assists clinical leaders in the establishment of clinical performance measurements, project goals and milestones.
  • Identifies data needs, gathers and synthesizes complex information and completes data analysis to identify performance patterns and uses data to support root cause analysis and improvement identification in partnership with data analytics.
  • Researches and collects comparative and benchmark information for use by leadership and project teams.
  • Considers data implications on ROI, budgets, selection of improvements and project direction; demonstrate strong commitment to tracking progress, monitoring performance and initiating action when appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $32.51per hour - $55.92per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
