Our Team

This internship in Rochester Hills, Michigan, offers hands-on development in sales, technical expertise, and networking. If you have a mechanical or technical aptitude and enjoy connecting with people to solve problems, this opportunity is for you. What You Will Do

  • Participate in market and product research projects in the automotive space to support current and/or determine future focus products/customers.
  • Daily networking opportunities providing high level exposure within the company.
  • Participate in product trainings, customer visits and site tours to understand the Molex Automotive business & sales functions.
  • Deepen knowledge & understanding of Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, and Marketing

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in an Engineering or related technical business degree program
  • Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2028
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Enrolled in a Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Sales Engineering, or related Engineering degree program
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work successfully with cross-discipline teams and build professional relationships
  • Natural curiosity and motivation for learning and contributing to the team
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and proactively solve problems
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements effectively in presentation/collaboration
  • Organizational skills to anticipate, plan and prioritize assigned work
