Our client is looking for a Senior Production Lead - Consumer Products to join their team!
This is a 12-month, full-time assignment and is hybrid (Tues-Thurs) in Los Angeles, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead end-to-end production for global consumer product style guides, packaging, and marketing assets- ensuring every file is technically sound, organized, and ready for partners. - Oversee quality control, color management, and technical setup across multiple print and digital formats (CMYK/RGB, vector/raster, large format/web). - Streamline workflows by developing and enforcing scalable production standards, best practices, and versioning systems. - Partner cross-functionally with Licensing, Product Development, Legal, and global creative teams to deliver assets that meet both creative and compliance standards. - Manage vendor and freelancer output- maintaining top-tier execution aligned with brand and studio quality expectations. - Collaborate with Operations and global teams to manage asset distribution, archiving, and library organization. - Troubleshoot production challenges and drive continuous improvements to tools, processes, and delivery systems. - Champion operational excellence- building efficient, scalable systems that support multiple IPs and tight timelines. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years in production design or creative operations (entertainment studio experience, consumer products, and licensing highly preferred). - Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and deep technical knowledge of file prep, repro, and digital formats. - A passion for storytelling, fandom, and making the creative process more seamless for everyone involved. ??????The pay for this W-2 position is $75 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
