The Phillips Medisize Global Strategic Marketing team is seeking a B2B Strategic Marketing Senior Manager in Hudson, WI. This role is integral in supporting B2B commercial and marketing strategies aimed at driving growth for our Non-Medical and Regulated Consumer Markets (RCP) business units (BU) within our contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). As part of a scaling high-performance team, this position provides an exciting opportunity for an innovative and strategic marketer keen on driving change, developing sales enablement tools, and cultivating and actioning strategic insights within a dynamic, growth-oriented culture.

This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys leading and executing all facets of marketing from upstream (e.g., five-year strategic plans) to downstream (e.g., sales enablement for key accounts and marketing communications). The role works closely with the BU leaders for our RCP and Non-Medical business units. The latter BU encompasses diverse industries ranging from consumer appliances to defense to automotive. RCP encompasses highly regulated fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer electronics.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of the annual five-year strategic plan for the Regulated Consumer Products (RCP) and Non-Medical business units (BU) in collaboration with both BU leaders and Marketing colleagues.
  • Collaborate with both BU leaders, Marketing colleagues and Sales leaders to develop and execute strategic programs and sales enablement tools to effectively communicate our "right to win" for specific focused accounts and growth markets, such as consumer appliance, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer electronics.
  • Conduct, cultivate and share research to assess industry trends across the highly diverse industries that both BU's serve.
  • Utilize primary and secondary research to inform market assessments and strategic decisions.
  • Capture, synthesize and share insights including industry, customer and competitive intelligence.
  • Contribute to M&A assessments in collaboration with BU leadership, subject matter experts and Molex Corporate Development team
  • Collaborate with the BU leaders to support account planning and champion BU needs.
  • Develop value and maintain value propositions for RCP, consumer appliance, defense and automotive markets.
  • Create and maintain buyer personas and customer journeys to guide integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Own the development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing communications (IMC), marketing plans, sales enablement tools, tradeshows and assets for both BUs; includes owning messaging and content for these materials, as well as deployment across digital channels
  • Dotted line report to the IMC Director to ensure all downstream marketing programs and tools align with brand priorities.
  • Experience juggling multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in upstream and downstream B2B marketing, strategic marketing or product marketing in at least one of the following industries' supply chains - consumer appliance, defense, automotive, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer electronics OR Master's degree in business, marketing, communications or related fields with 3-5 years of relevant supply chain service industry experience.
  • Direct experience with developing, executing and leading 5- or 3-year annual strategic plans and driving the marketing execution components of those plans for a global organization.
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring integration marketing communication strategies, including digital channels.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Extensive knowledge and experience working for a key supplier to one of the following industries: consumer appliance, defense, automotive, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer electronics.
  • Track record of developing and executing impactful go-to-market strategies with B2B enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of the CDMO industry.
  • Direct experience with primary and secondary research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools to maximize operational efficiencies, such as using AI to draft marketing content and to conduct baseline market research.
